A property pioneer since 1963, City Developments Limited (CDL) is a leading Singapore-listed international property and hotel conglomerate involved in real estate development and investment, hotel ownership & management, facilities management and provision of hospitality solutions in over 20 countries. CDL has over 300 subsidiaries and associated companies with five companies listed on notable stock exchanges including its London-listed subsidiary, Millennium and Copthorne Hotels plc. – one of the world’s largest hotel groups.
Some of their projects include The Sail @ Marina Bay, Cliveden at Grange, The Oceanfront @ Sentosa Cove, St. Regis Residences and many other luxury and quality projects. They also won many awards including the recent FIABCI Singapore Property Awards 2013 for the Hotel Category for W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, the first W hotel in Singapore. CDL also emerged as the most accorded private property developer at the BCA Awards 2013 Ceremony.
